Top speakers line up for LVMC
The headline speaker at the LVMC Large Volume Metrology Conference and Exhibition has been announced as Adam Duke, Head of Design Engineering at Easyjet.

He joins an impressive roster of speakers and exhibitors for the event, which will be held on 19 & 20 November at the Mercure Manchester Picadilly. The LVMC is the only European event solely dedicated to portable and large volume 3D measurement technology. It is the premier technical conference in Europe dedicated solely to the use of precision dimensional measurement technology for process improvement for manufacturers. QMT is a headline media partner of LVMC.
It gives visitors the chance to see the latest innovations, hear from industry experts, talk to the specialists and meet new contacts.

As well as Adam Duke, speakers include Steve Fletcher, Global Process Owner, Dimensional Measurement, Rolls Royce plc, who will be talking on Standards and Collaboration in Metrology for the Global Aerospace Supply Chain.
From the Nuclear AMRC,  Carl Hitchens, Head of Metrology, Nuclear AMRC will be discussing the application of large volume metrology in the manufacture for nuclear new build components.

Two speakers from Boeing, John Palmateer and Brenda Gross, will be speaking on the automation of surface creation and metrology assisted forming respectively.
Other speakers come from respected organisations and academic institutions that include ESRF, the Technological University of Aachen, the AMRC and CERN.
Exhibitors at the LVMC include NPL, Hexagon Metrology, Automated Precision Europe GmbH, Third Dimension, Brunson Instruments, FARO and New River Kinematics.
